The interior of the restaurant has a capacity of 80 people, during the summer season with an outdoor terrace, the capacity expands up to 150 people. The restaurant is suitable for family celebrations, weddings, corporate parties and other events with a capacity of up to 140 guests - for larger groups (10+ people) we recommend to communicate the order in advance.
Mibrasa is a professional charcoal grill-oven, which combines the technology of a classic grill and a closed oven. Thanks to it, we achieve the characteristic smoky aroma and juiciness in meat, fish and vegetables. At Plaza Beach Resort, we use it to prepare the premium steaks, fish, marinated meats and seasonal vegetables that are at the heart of our Mediterranean menu.
Hotel breakfast is served Monday to Friday 7:00 - 10:00, weekends and holidays 8:00 - 10:00. Breakfast is primarily for guests staying at the Plaza Beach Resort as part of their stay package, but it is also possible to have breakfast as an external guest if capacity is available.
